1.  How do I know I can trust Keep Your Home Clean?

At Keep Your Home Clean, we strive to create a high level of trust with our clients.  Our owner’s name, address and telephone number are shown on our website.  Feel free to contact Marzena at any time.

Our team is selected very carefully.  Almost anyone can be trained to be a professional cleaner, but you can’t change someone’s attitude. We build our team with people who care.

 

2. Do you have a guarantee?

Of course! Everyone can have a bad day and miss something. If you feel that our cleaning services weren’t top notch, let Marzena know and the crew will return to correct the problem. No questions asked.

 

3. I want my apartment cleaned weekly. How does it work?

We specialize in weekly and bi-weekly cleaning. The same member of our staff will work with you every time. Using the same member of our top-notch staff for every visit allows them to learn your home and your own particular needs. If you feel a change in staff is needed, just let Marzena know.

 

4. What if something is damaged in my apartment during the cleaning?

The team member will contact Marzena immediately if something goes wrong.

We carry liability insurance to cover losses if something is damaged.

We have a motto: “Don’t do anything you wouldn’t do at your own place”.

 

5. Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

We request that you provide a vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, two sponges with a scrubbing side, and a toilet bowl brush.

 

You have two options when it comes to cleaning products:

One, you can provide your own cleaning products.  There is a list on our web site showing our recommended products.

Two, we will provide cleaning products for an additional charge. We only use green cleaning supplies.

 

6. What is a bed makeover?

A bed makeover is done in seven steps:

The sheets and mattress cover are stripped from the bed.

The mattress is sprinkled with baking soda and left to sit for 10-20 minutes.

The mattress is vacuumed to remove the baking soda and dust.

The mattress is sprayed with an organic product to kill dust mites.

Clean sheets are ironed with fragrant oils to make your bed a relaxing place for you to enjoy.
